On July 12th and 13th, Amazon is hosting its annual Prime Day sale. Significant discounts are available on a variety of items from televisions to home appliances, including clothing and beauty products.

But obviously we as gamers are interested in the bargains in video games and accessories.

To save you hours of scouring Amazon for deals and bargains, we’ve put together a list of great deals for the gamer looking to save.

1 year free Nintendo Switch Online with the purchase of the game

Nintendo is often stingy with bargains, but this one’s not bad: the Kyoto company offers a free annual subscription to their online service with the purchase of one of their latest titles: Mario Golf Super Rush, Mario Party Superstars, Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury and Animal Crossing.

A savings of $25.

The Quarry

Released just a month ago, Supermassive Games’ latest horror game is getting a big discount: you’ll save $30 off the retail price, down to $49.95 for PS4 and Xbox One and $59.95 for the PS5 and Xbox Series X

Star Wars – The Skywalker Saga

Another recent game reduced by $30, it will cost you $49.95 to relive the 9 movies of the original Star Wars saga with Lego sauce.

Guardians of the Galaxy

Another excellent game (also made in Quebec!) reduced even further. Already cheap at the original price, we are entitled to an additional discount that brings the final retail price to $27.95 for PS4 and XSX and $24.95 for PlayStation 5 (yes, the game is cheaper on the new generation, who knows! ).

Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade

The Definitive Final Fantasy VII Remake, which includes DLC starring Yuffie, is available at its best price yet: $49.95 lets you explore Midgar again before the release of the second part of the remake, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth!

Dying Light 2 – Stay Human

In any case, you won’t have to wait long for the price of games to drop. Dying Light 2 was released last February and is now over 40% off. You can experience it on PS4, PS5 and Xbox for just $46.95.

Sackboy: A great adventure

Launching on the PS5, Sackboy was a fun little platformer and at 50% off it’s worth a look. In fact, it only costs you $39.89 to experience the adventures of the little jute doll.

Assassin’s Creed Valhalla

Another Montreal game, the final chapter in the Assassin’s Creed saga, is very affordable under $25, given that the title offers tens of hours of gameplay.

death loop

Bethesda’s last PlayStation exclusive before Microsoft bought the company, Deathloop is down to $49.95 for the standard version and $79.99 for the deluxe version.

Stranger of Paradise – Final Fantasy Origin

If you’re curious about this action game set in the original Final Fantasy universe but haven’t tried it yet, here’s your chance: With the 30% discount, you only pay $54.95 to get your hands on a copy to get.

Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom – Prince’s Edition

JRPG fans, here’s your chance. If the second installment in the series doesn’t reach the heights of the original title, Ni No Kuni 2 remains an excellent RPG, well worth the requested $29.95.

Mario Kart Live: Home Track

This Mario Kart game, in which you can create tracks at home to navigate with a remote control car with a camera, has piqued the curiosity of players, but its high price has put off more than one.

With a $40 discount, the pill might be easier to swallow for the curious.

(Pssst: The Luigi Edition is also on sale!)

A gift card with the purchase of Meta Quest 2

The old Oculus Quest 2 isn’t discounted as such, but Amazon is still offering a small incentive: those who buy the VR device (which even works without a computer!) will receive a $50 Amazon giveaway card.

Charger + batteries for Xbox controllers

I love my Xbox but I can’t believe I’m still changing batteries in my controllers in 2022.

Fortunately, the OIVO company offers us an affordable solution: for $29.99 (30% off the original price) we offer you two rechargeable batteries and a charging station where you can store your controllers.

512GB micro SD card

No more space on your Nintendo Switch for all your games? With a 512GB micro SD card, that’s a thing of the past. Even better, for $59.99, all the space won’t cost you too much!

Tired of fiddling with the standard mouse that came with your computer? This Logitech mouse should keep you satisfied, especially since it’s almost 50% cheaper with a final price of $42.74.

DualSense PS5 Controller

Sony’s new controller is very comfortable and full of great gadgets, but it’s also very expensive. With a $10 discount, the controller (available in 4 colors) is a little cheaper.
